Sarah Marshall

This week... instead of studying for our finals... my best friend Sarah and I have been hanging out. It has been very delightful! She goes to school at Weber and in the summer time she goes to Moab to be a river guide. SO it leaves us a 1.5 week opening of party time. While we were partying we were reminded of how cool we used to be.. We watched our music videos! If you haven't yet seen them... I think you most definitely need to check it out!

Fantastic Florida

Yes.. Florida was beautiful! Aside from the seperation anxiety I had from Pocket... it was a fun vacation! We did so many fun things! Since the shuttle launch was canceled we had to think of many other fun things like..

-Go karting (Where I discovered my dad is a cheater.. or something like that)

-Movie: Arthur ( much better then the original.. probably because my bf is in it)

-Indoor Sky diving

-Wakeboard Park

-Wet n wild Water Park

-Visiting BROCK one of my best friends in FL!

- THE BEACH (making killer sand castles)

-Golfing ( Which included Jordan almost killing an old man.. details later)

-Gator locating around our place

-A killer tennis match between myself, Jordan, Tanner and my mom

- Of course many visits to Steak n shake!

It was a delightful vacation! I very much needed one at that! Now we are broke and won't be going on another one for quite sometime hahaha.

Our flight also got delayed 4 hours! We died! We were ready to go home. I was ready to see Pocket. At least we were stuck in the Atlanta, Georgia airport! So we decided to go to Chilies... Bad IDEA! our waitress was very rude gave a table of 6 their food before us and they sat 10 minutes after us, and i'm pretty sure every time she walked by our table she would glare at us and think "in your face you losers!".. Probably not. ANYWAYS - we left after the manager canceled our meal an hour after we had ordered and ben tired of waiting. So we were grumpy and hungry. But, we just kept telling ourselves to be grateful that we were stuck in the airport and not the plane! We were much happier after that... everyone else thought we were on drugs because we were way too happy. It was a fun first family trip as a married couple!

oh and about Jordan almost killing an old man golfing.. well. He hit his golf ball, the guy was in a spot he was not supposed to be got knocked out, started convulsing, going in out out of consciousness with a huge gash behind his ear, when life flight landed on the golf course... his friends and his wife did not go with the old man, instead they kept golfing.

FLORIDA!

Jordan surprised me with an early Birthday present! A trip to Florida in April! We will be there to see the last shuttle launch! I can hardly wait to play on the beach all day everyday and get my tan on! My mom told me the other day that she thought I had white nylons on, i didn't. Saying that to a girl who would tan once a week in high school... it was a bummer. So, i'm quite excited to play on the beach! We will be there with my parent & my little brother (who is not so little) Tanner.

To be honest there is a BIG part of me that doesn't want to go. I can't leave Pocket. For those of you who don't know much about Pocket.... He is 11 years old, i've had him since he was a baby. He is honestly my child. I know that sounds funny because lots of people who think a dog is just a dog. But, he truly is my baby. He is in congestive heart failure, along with heart murmur. He is staying alive by the 3 pills we give him every morning and every night. He is slowing down. I'm afraid to EVER leave him in case something were to happen while I was away. Luckily I have 2 jobs that I can take him with me everywhere. Except for on Tuesdays (which makes the day even longer). I have been talking with the vet about anyway I could take him to Florida with us. But, then I also have on my mind: if something were to happen on the plane... I know they won't land for Pocket, What if something happens while i'm gone?, What if something happens to him in Florida and there is not a vet hospital close by? So, if you or anyone you know would like to love and care for Pocket while i'm gone I would be so grateful. He needs someone with him 24 hours. It would just be for 2 days :) Thanks for reading this.. even though you probably stopped toward the top because you got bored.

2 one-way tickets to Neverland please!

Jordan and I were talking the other night about the days where we paid for nothing.. well, it seems like nothing compared to now. We miss those days. We would love to move to Neverland! Not MJ's Neverland Ranch (though, that may be almost as fun) The actual Neverland with Peter, the lost boys, Tinkerbell and her friends, AND Captain Hook and Mr. Smee of course! That's where we want to live! A place where we will never have to grow up. Don't worry... we will borrow some of Tink's pixie dust and come visit!

Jordan and I are both sick today. He is so awesome though... he went to work! So, if you see him and he looks like he is dying... just give him a pat on the back.. then it may be a good idea to sanitize your hands. We also have a ton of homework to do. I don't think we'll make it. Oh man. It's hard to read when you haven't had much sleep. I think i dozed off in the middle of writing this post. Make sure you take your vitamin C and stay healthy! The winter time is almost over! .... I hope!

Tangled

Currently I am in love with the Tangled soundtrack! It's a Disney movie so of course i'm going to LOVE it! I can't wait till Tangled comes out on DVD March 29th! Also, I can't wait to meet Rapunzel & Flynn!
